-All Purchase (except swimwear, underwear, panty, bags and accessories) can be returned within 15 days from the delivered date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

-Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return.
-Swimwear, underwear and panty cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.
-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
Refunds will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Note: Customers who enjoyed free shipping on their orders, the shipping charge will be deducted from refund.
Leatherwey will compensate customer $7 as the return shipping fee under the following circumstances:

1. Customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken or defective. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact Leatherwey within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
Kind Reminder: Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.
Exchange Policy :
We only offer exchange service within 24 hours of the purchase. All exchange requests after 24 hours of the purchase will be processed as refunds. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.
1. Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
2. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied.
3. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
